Welcome to BIG! We are excited to welcome you into our office and share BIG’s creative process and projects with you. During your visit, you may observe BIG’s business operations, facilities, and have access to production areas which may include BIG’s Confidential Information (defined below). Accordingly, as a condition of and in consideration of your visit to the BIG office, you agree as follows:

1. BIG’s ’Confidential Information’ shall include, without limitation (i) technical information, including patent, copyright, trade secret, and other proprietary information, techniques, sketches, drawings, concepts, designs, plans, ideas, models, inventions, know-how, processes, procedures, works-in-progress, software programs, and software source documents; (ii) non-technical information, including without limitation fee pricing, margins, marketing plans and strategies, finances, financial and accounting and human resources data and information, clients and client lists, business plans and performance results of business activities of BIG, and all other proprietary business information.
2. To hold any Confidential Information, you come across in the strictest confidence, and to exercise a degree of care as you would exercise with respect to your own confidential information. You will not use, divulge, copy, release, sell, or otherwise reveal such Confidential Information to others without BIG’s written consent, including uploading of any information, photographs, videos, audio files, or any other recordings, to any social media site or otherwise on the Internet, of any Confidential Information.
3. To not remove any document, equipment, or other materials from the premises without BIG’s written consent, and you will not photograph, videotape, or otherwise make any record of or preserve any Confidential Information to which you may see or be given access to during your visit.
4. To abide by and comply with all applicable, visible safety regulations during your visit and to take reasonable care to ensure your safety during the visit.
5. By electronically signing this Agreement, you have acknowledged and understand this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not comply with the terms of this Agreement, BIG reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies available under the law.

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted under the local laws of the jurisdiction of this office.

APPEARANCE RELEASE AND WAIVER

By entering BIG’s office, you consent to be photographed and filmed in designated areas of the office which are being live streamed between BIG’s offices in Copenhagen, Barcelona, London and New York. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by entering these designated areas. If you do not agree to the foregoing, you agree to avoid entry to the designated filming areas.

By submitting below you hereby represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are fully competent to sign this Release; or that if the individual who is the subject of this Release is under the age of eighteen (18) years of age, you certify with your signature that you are the parent or guardian of the below named child and do hereby give consent without reservation to the foregoing terms of this Release on behalf of the child.
